The full day scheduling workshop provides practical ways to promote routine and predictability within your child’s day. You will have an opportunity to make symbols for a schedule to take home.

• Why scheduling is useful as a tool to teach new skills and to reduce challenging behaviour, particularly those associated with transitions
• Simple ways to figure out the  appropriate symbols for your focus individual
• Simple ways to present and lay out daily/weekly and monthly scheduling systems
• How to implement a scheduling system, convey changes and encourage flexibility
• Ways to teach your child to make choices and incorporate choice in their schedule
